I’m Charlene Oldham,  a creative, conscientious storyteller prepared to deliver a finely tuned written product to a wide variety of clients and audiences.

As a journalist,  I write about business, education, health, fitness, the environment, travel and other topics that matter to entrepreneurs and everyday people alike.

I report stories in print and online and have also worked as a corporate copywriter, producing blog posts, press releases, brochures and more for nonprofits and businesses of all sizes.

Coaching/Teaching

As an educator with more than a decade of experience in the classroom, I also offer individual coaching and small-group classes. In addition to working as an adjunct professor at Lindenwood University, I teach continuing education courses for adults who want to explore freelancing for fun and profit or hone their interviewing, writing and social media skill set.

For those who can’t attend classes at St. Louis Community College, I offer one-on-one coaching sessions by phone or video chat that aim to help clients become published freelance writers.
